GJ DB All In One Barrel Cleaner

Clean empty your barrels from the Top

The new All-In-One Cleaning Machine combines high-performance impingement cleaning with integrated
vacuum extraction
, which now allows all shapes and sizes of tanks without drains to be easily cleaned and emptied from the top.

The All-In-One features rotary impingement cleaning technology for exceptional performance, along with an integrated vacuum extractor which removes the cleaning liquid from within the vessel. The lightweight, hand-held machine is designed for operation at flow rates as low as 11.35 lpm. And, unlike other machines, the unit applies 100% of the water flow to cleaning – not in powering the unit itself. With a single insertion of the easily handled unit, 100% cleaning effectiveness along with completer liquid extraction, is assured.

As its name implies, the new All-In-One includes everything needed to easily clean and empty drain-less containers. No other cleaning method provides the convenience, power and low flow capabilities of the All-In-One.

  • Clean from the top without turning
  • Established high performance
  • Fluid driven, no external motor
  • Fast, low cost, reliable operation in the most demanding applications
  • Integrated vacuum extractor
  • Wash cycles of under 4 min.
  • Single insertion cleaning
  • Low flow rates
  • Unmatched durability
  • Can be used to remove the lees

Construction/Design: Parts are machined from 316-L stainless steel investment castings or bar stock.

Impeller & Final Shaft: For increased wear resistance, the input shaft is plasma-sprayed with a chromium oxide coating on stainless steel.

Shaft & Gearbox Bushings: Turbine shaft thrust is absorbed by a tungsten carbide bushing. Gear bushings are carbon filled polyphenylene sulfide.

Static Seals: O-ring materials are selected for each application. EPDM is standard, with Kalrez and Viton available. Other materials can be supplied on special order.

Dynamic Seals & Bearings: Rotary shaft and housing seals/bearings are spring-loaded, double-lipped and made of PTFE. They are reinforced for extra-long wear and protection against leakage, abrasion and deposit build-up.

Nozzles: Standard nozzle sizes 0.060 (1.5 mm), 0.070 (1.7 mm) 0.075 (1.9 mm), 0.080 (2.0 mm).
Other nozzle sizes are available upon request.

Drive Mechanism: The wash fluid enters at the inlet collar where it encounters and spins turbine blades. The turbine blades are attached to the top of the drive or rotor shaft. The bottom of this shaft is connected to the inside of a sealed, robust planetary gear head which then turns the body in the horizontal plane and the nozzles in the vertical plane.

Planetary Gear head: The sealed planetary gear head has an external casing made of steel, surface-anodized to become stainless. This sealed gear head is located inside the gearbox, which itself is sealed, and thus does not require any lubricant. All internal gear head parts are hardened sintered steel.

Lubricant: Food-grade grease is inside the sealed gear head casing.

Operating & Maintenance: Complete operating and maintenance procedures are covered in a detailed instruction manual furnished with all machines.
